Who are we ?

So Family was born from the desire to offer a mixed, timeless brand for the whole family.

Created in September 2021 by Sophie Macron, the mother of a little Augustin, the brand now offers collections of clothing and accessories for the whole family.

How do I maintain my So Family products?

Prefer gentle machine washing at 30°C alone or with similar colors and above all, do not tumble dry.

Where are the products made?

Clothing and accessories are made in Hauts-de-France and Delhi products are made in India where we find the artisanal technique which is Block Print.

How can you be sure of the quality of the products?

All products are 100% OEKO-TEX Standard certified. This certifies control at each stage of processing, from raw materials to yarns, including dyeing. It does not contain materials harmful to health and the environment.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by credit card or Paypal.

We suggest that you save your payment information when placing your order. This will make it easier for you to place your future orders.

Our site does not allow payments in installments.

Is the payment secured ?

Obviously. Your banking information is never ever in our possession.

When is my account debited?

When your order is confirmed.

My payment has been declined.

If your payment could not be completed, do not hesitate to place your order again with another means of payment.

I want to modify or cancel my order, is it possible?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled. If the order has already been dispatched, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the order to us for a refund.

How can I be sure that my order is validated?

Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “My account” space.

A confirmation email will also be sent to you, with the number of your order as well as the summary of your basket.

My order is a gift.

The price does not appear on the product or on the delivery note. All products are wrapped in tissue paper, you have no option to select for this. So that your recipient identifies you, remember to enter a billing address different from the delivery address, with your name! And if not to leave us any other request in the notes part of the order.

Can I add packaging to my order if it is a gift?

All items are delivered in tissue paper. It is possible to add a personalized message: save your adorable word in the dedicated field of your basket, your recipient will find a pretty card in his package.

How do I receive my invoice?

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery in metropolitan France is free from 50€ of purchase.

Below this amount, delivery is invoiced at 7€ at home in metropolitan France.

We deliver in Europe and all over the world, each destination other than France at its specific rates.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

You did not receive it within the announced time or it got lost on the way? Contact us at , we will find a solution quickly!

My package has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to So Family, it cannot be reshipped to you. It will be automatically refunded within 8 working days by deducting the sum of the shipping costs.


I want to return my order, how do I do that?

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Write to us at to let us know you wish to return the product.

Shipping costs are your responsibility. You are responsible for the shipment: it is advisable to return the parcels by letter followed and do not forget to keep the proof of return.

We undertake to reimburse you for all products (except shipping) within a maximum of 8 working days of receipt. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded.

I want to exchange my order, is it possible?

If you are in Bondues, it is possible! In this case, you can bring your order directly to the workshop at no additional cost. The address: 43 rue Bosquiel, 59910 Bondues.

Otherwise a contribution to the shipping costs will be requested.

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of your return, allow 7 working days. Note that the refund of an order will be by the means of payment used.

Can I enter a different billing and delivery address?

Of course ! During checkout, in the “Billing address” field, choose “use a different billing address”.
