Preamble

The general conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as "the GCS", define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of sales made on the website www.sofamilystore.com hereinafter referred to as "the site". They are concluded between, on the one hand, So Family, and on the other hand, persons wishing to place an order for product(s) via the site, hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.
The order of products presented on the site is subject to the acceptance by the customer of all the GCS as set out below. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions, in particular those in force for in-store sales, and are binding on the customer without regard to the advertising or promotional documents that may be issued by So Family.
So Family reserves the right to adapt or modify its T&Cs at any time. In the event of modification, the T&Cs applicable to the order will be those in force on the day of final payment of the order.

Products

So Family reserves the right to modify the content of its online store at any time and without notice, in particular to include or delete references or to modify certain sale prices.

Viewing on the site does not always make it possible to fully appreciate and restore the colors of the models and/or the materials

Price

The prices are indicated in € euros and take into account any reductions.

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. So Family is not required to verify and inform the customer of applicable customs duties and taxes.

The prices indicated are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks, except for significant changes in charges and except for typographical errors or omissions.

The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer during the final validation of his order.

SoFamily reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of the order, subject to the availability of the said products. When the validated order contains one or more erroneous elements (price, description, photo, etc.) So Family reserves the right to cancel it and refund it.

Order

The Customer can place an order on the So Family website. The contractual information, as well as the details of the order are presented in French and are the subject of a detailed summary before the final validation.

So Family reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, total or partial non-payment of the current order, refusal to authorization of payment by bank card from banking organisations, of non-payment or partial payment. The responsibility of So Family can then in no case be engaged in this respect. Upon validation of payment, the order is registered and becomes irrevocable. The order form will be recorded in the computer registers of So Family , themselves kept on reliable and durable media, and will be considered as proof of the contractual relations between the Parties. When he has validated his payment, a confirmation of the order will be sent by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by him at the time of the order.

Payment

The price of the products is payable on the day of the actual order. Payment is made securely by credit card. The precise list of bank cards accepted is notified to the customer during the payment process. The customer making a payment is deemed to have read and fully accepted the "Privacy Policy", the "Terms of Use" and the "Essential Information on Payment and Service" available at at any time on the payment module and in the payment confirmation email sent to the customer who has just finalized an order. So Family cannot be held responsible for modifications, erratums, etc. likely to appear in the information disseminated by the payment module.

Payments by postal check, bank check, transfer or administrative mandate are not accepted.

Any order placed on the So Family website will be prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 days, subject to payment validation.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

The delivery times indicated are after processing the order and expressed in working days. These deadlines are those displayed by the carrier (La Poste). These deadlines can be upset by strikes, export problems, customs modifications and other external problems for which we cannot be held responsible, or by any other technical problems beyond our control. In this case, the customer will be informed by email or telephone.

Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121.20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal on his order. He has 14 days to withdraw and to return the items. This period runs from the receipt of the goods.

This right is exercised by returning the product, the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. It will be up to the customer to keep any proof of this return, which assumes that the items are returned by registered mail or by any other means giving a certain date to this shipment. These conditions are not valid on orders of items on sale or on promotion, or on those benefiting from a promotional coupon code.

The return of the goods is carried out at the expense, risk and peril of the customer (it is therefore advisable for him to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering these risks). It must be reported in advance and validated with So Family by sending an email to our email address hello@sofamilystore.com specifying your order number. It is advisable to return parcels by letter followed or colissimo.

Attention, it should be noted that personalized orders (at the request of the customer) will not be taken back or exchanged.

All returned products must be returned perfectly intact, by registered letter. Upon receipt of the package, So Family will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the products unfit for sale.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, So Family will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within a maximum of 14 days. The consumer will then be reimbursed directly to his bank account.

Management of personal data

The information of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the Order. Under the law "Informatique et liberté" n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Customer has a right of access, consultation, modification, rectification and deletion of the data he has communicated. In addition, So Family undertakes never to communicate, free of charge or with compensation, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
