Ingredients :

200g dark pastry chocolate

150g caster sugar

150g flour

4 eggs

150g butter

1 packet of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 180°C .

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Book.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens and becomes frothy.

Then add the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Mix well.

Pour the melted chocolate-butter mixture over the preparation, and mix well.

Butter a round cake tin and pour the batter into it.

Bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes , until cooked through. To check for doneness, stick a knife into the cake: if it comes out clean, the cake is done!
